Shubette & Gina Bacconi - Jack Offenbach

Shubette was initiated in 1913 in London by Jack Offenbach and is today overseen by his sons and grandchildren. They design and produce, to British department stores and are focused mainly on occasion wear.

In the 1960s they were famous for their little black party dresses which although modestly priced were beautifully detailed and managed to combine classic style with a youthful twist.

As their styles became more popular, they expanded internationally and introduced many other labels. The main ones being Gina Bacconi and Willow as well as the original Shubette.

Gina Bacconi is now the most popular brand. It caters for both Mother of the Bride and also includes styles for the younger generation. The company is now widely known as one of the leading fashion design and manufacturing groups in Europe whilst still owned by the Offenbach family.
